Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

2. Return Eligibility
For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, products should meet the following conditions:
- Be unused or only tried on for fit and inspection.
- Be in their original condition.
- Include original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products showing significant wear, damage caused by the customer or use beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for our voluntary returns policy.
These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind or incorrect size ordered:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products:
Sablevein will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required, and provide a suitable refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Reporting an issue promptly helps us resolve it efficiently but does not limit your statutory rights.
5. How to Return a Product

- Provide your order number and return reason.
- Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Package the product securely and send it using the provided instructions.
- Keep your return tracking information until your return is resolved.
Our registered business address is not necessarily our returns processing address. Please contact customer support for the applicable return location.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed where permitted by law.
We aim to process refunds promptly.
For qualifying cancellations under UK consumer law, refunds will be made within the legally required period, generally no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Orders that have not been dispatched may be cancelled where possible.
If an order has already been dispatched, the applicable return and statutory cancellation rights will apply.

9. Original Shipping Charges
We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
There is therefore no standard outbound shipping fee charged by Sablevein to refund.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Where applicable, UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving eligible goods to notify us of cancellation of a distance purchase, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to these legal rights.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other mandatory applicable consumer laws.
