1. Return Window
- We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- The item must be free from any visible signs of wear, outdoor dirt, scratches, or odors.
- The item must be in its original packaging (including the original shoe box and any dust bags, tags, or protective inserts).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or promotional clearance items
- Items damaged through customer misuse, neglect, or improper handling
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Company Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item, wrong size shipped by us, or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions and the designated return shipping address.
- Ship the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
- Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address printed on the package without our prior authorization.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (such as a different shoe size or color) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us to see if an exchange processing is available for your region.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
