1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
  • Please note: Processing time may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, product launches, or major holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

We offer reliable international shipping to most major destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our facility, we will send an email containing your unique Tracking Number and a tracking link.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s system.
  • You can track your package directly via our website’s tracking page or through third-party tracking portals (such as 17track).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • sablevein is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, and customs duties).
  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties, the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

5. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

  • Wrong Address: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: sablevein is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit if the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.” If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier or check with your neighbors.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery fails because the customer was unavailable or uncontactable, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at our support address. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the package.
